Position Description
Supports the delivery of Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) services by providing support to both the ELR staff and triaging issues that come
to the CoE. Processes specialized transactions such as public records requests and union dues authorizations. May liaise between team, university
departments, and external agencies to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Additional responsibilities include transaction processing, and facilitation
of scheduling process and being the point of contact for the scheduling of grievances and hearings for classified civil service and collective bargaining
employees.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior experience not required; up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
