Position Summary
The Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) Consultant 4 in Talent and Organizational Performance at the OSU Wexner Medical Center will be a well-rounded talent management professional supporting professional development leader development and organization development across various units. LOE Consultants are responsible for providing thought leadership and management for at least one of our core LOE functions with an ability to consult across all as they partner with their internal clients: HR consultants and the leaders they support. Learning and development engagement performance management coaching culture engagement are some of our core functions.
Scope Of Position
Talent and Organizational Performance (TOP) at OSU Wexner Medical Center provides education and consulting services for staff, leadership, and faculty across the Medical Center. Included in the scope of the department is the Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) Team who drive leadership and team development, culture consulting, and faculty and staff engagement. The LOE Consultant reports to the Associate Director of Talent Management and will work with the LOE and Leadership team to shape strategy and drive execution of the Talent and Culture.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
