QUALIFICATIONS : Have previous bookkeeping experience (preferred but not required)Have any experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)Have excellent organizational skillsAre able to demonstrate multi-tasking skillsHave excellent customer service skillsHave solid work historyEnjoy working in a fun, family-oriented atmosphereMust be self motivated, have excellent time management skills, and have creativity in marketingBENEFITS :

Responsible for establishing and maintaining The Old Spaghetti Factory image to a wide audienceResponsible for promoting The Old Spaghetti Factory to ensure increased guest countsWorks closely with, and builds a collaborative relationship with the corporate marketing departmentInforms the store managers of any advertising and large events effecting their operationsKeep contacts and data of weekly duties on the marketing agenda and send this in every Monday to Corporate MarketingCall local businesses to promote banquets and cateringCoordinate and execute key publicity generating eventsDevelop positive relationships with the business community
