MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Old Spaghetti Factory has continued to grow for 55 years and we are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS :
Have previous bookkeeping experience (preferred but not required)
Have any experience as a receptionist (preferred but not required)
Have excellent organizational skills
Are able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills
Have excellent customer service skills
Have solid work history
Enjoy working in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere
Must be self motivated, have excellent time management skills, and have creativity in marketing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Responsible for establishing and maintaining The Old Spaghetti Factory image to a wide audience
Responsible for promoting The Old Spaghetti Factory to ensure increased guest counts
Works closely with, and builds a collaborative relationship with the corporate marketing department
Informs the store managers of any advertising and large events effecting their operations
Keep contacts and data of weekly duties on the marketing agenda and send this in every Monday to Corporate Marketing
Call local businesses to promote banquets and catering
Coordinate and execute key publicity generating events
Develop positive relationships with the business community
