Duties
- Greet members upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
- Monitor parking lot activity to ensure efficient use of space and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Assist members and guests with any inquiries or concerns related to parking services.
- Drive vehicles in a safe and controlled manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of hospitality are met.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in a valet parking environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent guest service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
- A background in hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of customer care principles.
