Valet Parking Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while maintaining parking operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring proper handling of both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking assignments.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking policies, directions, and any special requests.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parking area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in valet parking or guest services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
