- Collaborate with our founder and marketing team members on strategies, campaigns, storyboards, and more
- Plan and coordinate an ongoing video production calendar
- Oversee creator collaborations and provide creative guidance for creator campaigns
- Assist with social media engagement by responding to DMs, comments, and/or collaboration opportunities
Qualifications and experience
- Experience with end-to-end video production, from ideation to final cut — this includes proficiency with lighting, composition, filming, and editing
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok best practices, and able to incorporate new features or trends to optimize engagement and conversion
- Self-motivated and able to work independently — we’re here to help you but we want someone who is eager to take ownership of this role and work autonomously once they’re up to speed
- Creative and eager to contribute ideas and/or try new things
- A background in DTC/ecommerce or baby products is helpful but not required
Perks of working with us
- Casual work environment with a flexible schedule
- Fun, supportive, collaborative team
- Babies! And a warehouse dog!
- Work with one of the best-loved baby brands in the US
- Ample opportunity to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility — this role is what you make of it and there may be potential for the right person to scale this into a FT employee position
- Pay: $35-40 hourly DOE
Role details and requirements
- This is a contractor role — we anticipate it will require approximately 25-30 hours a week to start, although we are flexible on the time commitment as long as the work is done well
- Applicants must be based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA or the surrounding area since we will need you on location for filming approximately once a week (We don’t mind if you want to work remotely for activities that don’t require you to be on site)
- Most work will be done on workdays but a few minutes of night or weekend work may be periodically required to stay responsive on social media
