The Role:
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes social media. In this key role, you will collaborate with our MarCom team and senior leadership to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across our various platforms and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute both paid and organic social media strategies.
- Conceptualize and manage integrated digital campaigns to drive brand engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Craft compelling copy and creative posts that align with our brand voice.
- Manage daily communications and live event coverage across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Manage and supervise hired content creators
- Advertising & Analytics:
- Launch, optimize, and monitor paid social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Audit our digital presence and recommend strategic improvements.
- Oversee the Monthly Marketing Calendar.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing in a professional role.
- 2 years in paid social marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Asana) and familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) and experience in photography and video content creation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for staying ahead of digital trends and a creative eye for curating engaging social media content.
