What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff (Dishwasher/ Prep) position at The One Group LLC?
The One Tapas & Bar located in Matthews-Charlotte is seeking a dishwasher with prep cook experience to join our staffs. He/she must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Ensure dishes, glassware, silverware, pot/pans and kitchen utensils are clean, sanitized and available as needed.
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Janitorial responsibilities include but not limited to cleaning floors, emptying trash
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min 1 year previous experience (preferred)
- Time management skills
- Positive attitude
