Dutiesand Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Day-to-Day ManagementManage, lead and mentor StaffEnsure service is maintained at the utmost of quality levelsDevelop risk management and mitigation strategiesRepresent The ONE Group in investigating, answering, and settling grievances in absence of General ManagerMaintain all corporate mandatesUpdate and track daily reportsStaffing and Team Development
Analyze staffing requirements, develop iteration plans, andassess opportunities for future growthInterview, screen, and recruit job applicantsCoach, mentor, and train staffResponsible for Team performance – morale,productivity, energyManage regular review of performance for staffFiscal Responsibility
Monitor activities and expensesKeep General Manager informed of sales andkey issuesQUALIFICATIONS / PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS :
