SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Performance and Management:
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a team of A-players.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Support employee growth through coaching, mentorship, and training initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and legal compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Drive sales and operational efficiency through strategic leadership.
- Provide guidance on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Financial & Strategic Planning:
- Oversee budget planning and cost management.
- Analyze financial reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development and Sales Leadership:
- Take full responsibility for driving both top- and bottom-line growth, including business, sales, operational, and team leadership across all branches.
- Drive sales growth through strategic personal sales production and team coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Establish a baseline for growth in line with the appropriate Branch Maturity Cycle and the required sales targets and operational benchmarks for all managed branches:
- Plains (0 to 1600 hrs): $1MM in sales, impacting 0-50 lives.
- Foothills (1601 to 3200 hrs): $2 to $3.5MM in sales, impacting 51-100 lives.
- Rainier (3201 to 4800 hrs): $3.6MM to $5MM in sales, impacting 101-150 lives.
- Denali (4801 to 9999 hrs): $5.5MM to $11MM in sales, impacting 151-300 lives.
- Everest (10,000 hrs): Over 300 lives impacted with a highly profitable, dominant branch in the market.
- Leverage data to help make decisions and influence other operational and Financial Management:
- Ensure branches understand and utilize all resources, systems, and tools effectively.
- Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and implement cost control measures.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for operational efficiency.
Client Relationship and Compliance Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, and other employment laws related to staffing and workplace accommodations.
- Ensure non-discriminatory practices in hiring, scheduling, and other staffing operations.
- Document incidents and conduct investigations with awareness of legal requirements for workplace safety, ADA compliance, and employee rights.
- Document workplace incidents, coordinate investigations, and collaborate with relevant departments, with awareness of legal requirements for workplace safety, ADA compliance, and employee rights.
- Understand and apply legal requirements related to workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in multi-unit management
- 2 years of experience in staffing/HR
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and other relevant software applications.
Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the staffing industry.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and other communication devices.
- Ability to travel as needed, including driving or flying, to meet with clients, attend conferences, and visit other business locations.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and desk work, and occasionally carry and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively during in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual conferences as well as read and analyze written information and data on a computer screen.
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations.
- Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements specific to the environment and client site, including but not limited to the use of safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, high-visibility clothing, and other necessary protective gear to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards.
