What You'll Do as a Staffing Assistant- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage applications and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Coordinate hiring events, new hire orientations, and compliance processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure adherence to staffing regulations and company policies.
- Having at least 1 year experience in customer service or a fast-paced environment, staffing experience is a plus!
- Be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
