What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Manager position at The Open Door of NJ?
Supervising and maintaining a Residential Group Home with 3-4 individuals per sites. Responsible for 7 sites, depending on the staffing. Homes located in Ocean County, NJ.
Shift: Monday - Friday 9-5pm ON CALL 24/7 You must be available for emergencies and staffing issues.
Responsibilities: Ensuring the residence is always in compliance with DDD's licensing regulations. The well-being of each individual, and assisting with every doctors appointment. Food and Personal Need Shoppings. Staff Scheduling. Consumer's Financials and whatever task and time it takes to ensure our Individuals are living the best lives they can!
Requirements:
Degree with 5 years experience is a Supervisors Role
3 yrs experience with working with Adults with Disabilities
Supervisory exp. a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership skills
Organizational skills
Valid NJ Drivers License
Reliable Transportation
