5 Door Recovery, a program within Catholic Charities, has an immediate opening for a full time Clinical Support Specialist. The hours for this position would be Wednesday through Sunday, 2pm - 10:30pm with a $0.50 shift differntial for weekend shifts. Individuals with a positive, upbeat, and welcoming personality, with a passion for helping others, are encouraged to apply!
We offer a competitive starting wage of $20.53, with a cost differential for hours worked on the weekends and a full benefits package.

Clinical Support Specialist Principal Accountabilities
- Facilitates and/or co-facilitates psycho-educational, therapy, process, and experiential groups.
- Administers urinalysis and breathalyzer tests to residents as scheduled.
- Provides medication monitoring and related documentation; dispenses medications to residents and accurately records; assists the medical case manager with checking in medications and creating Medication Administration Records.
- Documents for each resident in End of Shift Summaries and individualized Daily Notes observations of residents’ attitudes toward treatment and recovery.
- Assists the Primary Counselors with tasks as assigned.
- Performs informal counseling with residents as needed and documents appropriately.
