As a Server, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders
- Offer recommendations on menu items and specials
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to anticipate customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills
