As our Community Manager you'll have the opportunity to lead your team in providing excellent customer service, achieving NOI and maximizing the curb appeal of the community. While helping lead the staff to meet the needs of our future and current residents, you will be expected to lead by example, create one team between office and maintenance while meeting the financial goals. Ability to diffuse situations and motivate and empower yourself and your team to crush your goals.
Community Manager must haves:
- Minimum 3 years property management experience.
- Prefer at least 5 years multi-family experience
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, e-mail, and a familiarity with the internet required.
- Yardi or relative software experience required
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
- Strong leadership skills and budget management required
