What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment Aide position at The Orchards at Warren?
What you would be doing:
As the Life Enrichment Aide, you are an important member of the The Orchards team and a key contributor to our resident’s experience. You will actively engage with residents while participating in and or implementing an array of activities to appeal to the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional needs and interests of each resident. You will have the opportunity to work with residents one on one, in groups and on community outings.
The successful candidate:

Has a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enjoys socializing, and has an outgoing, friendly personality.

Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff members, healthcare professionals, and other visitors.

Tuition Reimbursement, Full time employees become eligible after one year of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Part time employees are eligible after two years of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $750 per year.
