Job Description
- Develop and implement education programs for nurses and other clinical staff
- Collaborate with clinical leadership team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical services support for direct care and administrative nursing as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
- DNP or MSN degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in nursing education or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
