This role offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $23.50 to $25 per hour based on experience, as well as full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with employer match, commuter reimbursement, daily pay, and tuition assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Director, you will oversee front-of-house food and nutrition activities.
- You will supervise the tray line for accuracy, time, and temperature, ensuring data is entered into menu software programs and maintaining Resident profiles and accurate tray tickets and selection sheets.
- You will participate in the selection, training, evaluation, and coaching of servers and diet aides, in cooperation with Human Resources and under the direction of the Food & Nutrition Services Director.
- You will plan and assist in preparing parties, marketing events, and other special events.
- You will coordinate with residents to organize birthday parties, celebrations of life, and other resident-sponsored events.
- You will ensure efficiency of food serving; compliance with local, state, and federal standards; sanitation, hygiene, and health standards of personnel.
- You will monitor the care and safe and sanitary use of supplies and equipment and all infection control policies and procedures.
- You will develop and maintain friendly, courteous, and responsive relationships with residents, their families, and their guests as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in the administration of a large food services system, such as a resort, health center, or hospital; fine dining experience a plus.
- Previous working experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Certificate in Dietary Services Management, a degree in nutrition or similar food service program preferred.
- Knowledge of all Title 22 and CMS federal regulations.
- Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors, and peers; requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.
- Possesses sensitivity to feeding requirements for the elderly.
