- Design and deliver comprehensive education programs for nurses and other clinical staff
- Work collaboratively with clinical leaders to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and support to clinical staff on industry standards and best practices
- Mentor and coach new staff members to ensure successful onboarding and integration into our team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 3 years experience in nursing education or related field
- Proven track record of success in education program development and implementation
