We are seeking a full-time Advice Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our Gastroenterology South clinic located in Oregon City. Both RNs and LPNs are welcome to apply! You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a highly motivated, personable, and organized candidate with a passion for quality patient care and a detail-oriented work ethic.
Responsibilities include phone triage, documenting phone conversations, follow-up, limited onsite patient care, and other duties assigned. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous nursing experience. We are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, a great attitude, and a patient-focused work ethic. Candidates must be able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office. Remote/Hybrid work available when training is completed, and expectations are met. Our hybrid rotation is 50%, one week onsite, one week at home.
Workdays will be Monday through Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm) or four ten-hour shifts with a day off - TBD (7:00am–5:30pm).
Starting pay range, based on experience:

Registered Nurse:
- Level I $41.13-$55.65 per hour.
- Level II $45.24-$61.21 per hour.

Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Level I $28.18-$38.12 per hour.
- Level II $31.00-$41.93 per hour.
Medical, Vision and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous nursing experience is required.
- Current Oregon State RN or LPN license is required.
- Prior experience with EMR is preferred. Experience with Epic is a plus!
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff and providers.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
