At The Oregon Clinic, we value being a positive and supportive workplace so our employees can enjoy what they do best – serving our patients and our community. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor RN to join our Gastroenterology South division located in Oregon City. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for a highly motivated, personable, and organized candidate with a passion for quality patient care and a detail-oriented work ethic. Collaborate with the Manager/Director to foster a safe and respectful environment, modeling desired behavior. Assist in identifying strategies to maximize physician efficiency. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, promoting a positive and accountable work environment while remaining flexible to changes. Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
Travel twice a month to Gastroenterology South—Newberg Clinic will be required. Occasional remote/hybrid work one day a week is available when training is completed, and expectations are met.
