Essential Functions
- Answers the phone and greets customers, takes carry out, repeats back for accuracy, offer beverages and sides to enhance order, offer condiments and plasticware and processes delivery orders.
- Quotes accurate pick-up times based on flow of business and current ticket times.
- Confirms order accuracy prior to giving to customer or delivery driver.
- Manages the third-party order processing.
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
- Relays carry out orders to kitchen via the point—of—sale computerized register system.
- Observes customers, anticipates and responds to any additional needs/requests.
- A participating member of the team by running food, pre-busing tables, busing tables seating customers, refilling beverages and cleaning as they go.
- Maintains the overall cleanliness of the entry/host areas and restrooms on a hourly bases.
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or another related field
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
