What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Certified Athletic Trainer position at The Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic, P.A.?
Position Description:
Provides athletic training services per contract to schools, organizations, and events. Athletic Trainer will provide injury assessment, treatment, first aid, prevention and reconditioning services as assigned and set forth by the NATA Board of Certification. Participate as a multi-disciplinary team member and provide guided treatment and documentation according to established standards of quality care for clients involved in physical conditioning and exercise programs.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training. Certified as an Athletic Trainer required through NATA BOC. Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the State of Minnesota. CSCS certification through NSCA preferred.
Valid driver's license required. CPR certified or must be obtained within one week of hire.
Compensation Detail:
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
Part time day/evening shift, Monday - Friday days/evenings, with occasional weekend involvement.
