The Osborn Project, LLC is seeking a dedicated DSP Direct Support Specialist / Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication and assist with medical appointments
- Document and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Provide ADL support to clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Completion of state-required Tier work / Tier One & Tier Two modules
- Completion of First Aid / CPR training
- Completion of Mandatory Abuse training
- Additional trainings as outlined by the Director of The Osborn Project, LLC

The Osborn Project, LLC has been providing exceptional care to individuals in the 97030, OR area for over 10 years. Our commitment to quality and compassion has earned us a reputation as a trusted and respected care provider. We offer competitive pay, and a supportive work environment for our employees. Currently, there are two part-time positions, available. M-4-10p, Tu / W-2-10p. The other position is Thur-Fri-4-10p, Sat-2-10p and Sunday-6-10p. Actual Hire and Start dates may differ given some requirements and credentials need to be in place, prior to working with clients.
Finally, there is a group home companion dog in the home, so MUST love dogs!
