About the Role :
The Osborn Project, LLC is seeking a dedicated DSP-Direct Support Specialist / Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication and assist with medical appointments
- Document and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Completion of state required Tier work / Tier One & Tier Two modules
- Completion of First Aid / CPR training
- Completion of Mandatory Abuse training
- Additional trainings as outlined by the Director of The Osborn Project, LLC
