The Assisted Living Care Coordinator is responsible for providing routine daily care to residents in the area of personal care, homemaking, escort and other supportive services to clients receiving assisted living services. As a representative of the Assisted Living Program, and of the organization, it is required that the Care Coordinator perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the organization.
