IN THIS ROLE:
The Facility Maintenance Manager plays a key role in leading the charge to build and streamline our growing Facilities Maintenance program. With flexibility to work in the field, office, or from home, this is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact program. A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential in this role. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of facility maintenance crews to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
- Oversee and refine estimating, billing, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track program health and identify areas for improvement or growth.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure safety standards and quality controls are upheld across all jobs.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term strategies for program expansion and resource planning.

QUALIFIACTIONS AND SKILLS:
- Associate’s degree in Construction or Facilities Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in facility maintenance, construction or operations management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in estimating, budgeting, and billing workflows.
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes, terminology, and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general comfort with learning new software systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Pre-employment drug testing, background and MVR checks required
