We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to keep our office running efficiently and support our fast-paced construction team. This role includes managing daily office operations, coordinating travel, overseeing inventory, and assisting with internal teams like Accounts Payable, Project Coordination, and Human Resources. IN THIS ROLE:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting our team’s productivity by keeping the office organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detailed-oriented, and dependable – with excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking. A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential in this role. As the Office Administrator you will:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, greeting guests, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Open and close the office each day, ensuring it’s ready for the team and visitors.
- Coordinate and book travel accommodation for team members (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
- Assist with company device management – issuing, tracking, and maintain phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Oversee inventory of all office supplies, drinks, cleaning products, and equipment – restocking as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment – light housekeeping duties to keep common areas tidy and functional.
- Support internal teams including Accounts Payable, Operations, and Human Resources by assisting with various administrative tasks and special projects.
The Office Administrator is the backbone of our daily operations and the first impression of our company. The company’s efficiency, organization, and overall brand rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role.
QUALIFIACTIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general comfort with learning new software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Pre-employment drug testing required
