We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to fulfill the promises to our customers by effectively managing commercial construction projects with precision for finance and schedule control.

As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution. You will lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution. You will lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Aggressively and effectively manage commercial construction projects with diligence
- Mange day-to-day information flow between clients and field crews to include daily logs RFIs, change orders, and document control
- Oversight and management of 2-4 field Superintendents and 1-2 Project Coordinators
- Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information and pricing
- Actively participate in industry, client and community relations to enhance company image
QUALIFIACTIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Construction Science, related subject or project work experience preferred. PMP certification or LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish, including experience in ground-up builds, renovations, and tenant improvements.
- Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam or equivalent tools.
- Expertise in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies, materials and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional quality.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Pre-employment drug test, background and MVR checks required
