The Guest Services Ambassador will:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in responding to customer requests and complaints with professionalism and politeness.

Manage and process corporate sales of gift cards, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering a seamless service to corporate clients.
Offer administrative assistance to the management team, providing support for various tasks and projects as needed.
- Serve as support staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
1 years of Customer Service Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
