Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all Members and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas; cleaning 3-bed 3-bath homes.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Making beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
- Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms to ensure standards are met.
Skills
- Background in hospitality environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with Members and staff.
