Now Hiring: Full-Time & Part-Time Sales Associates

We are looking for one full-time and one part-time Sales Associate to join our team! Ideal candidates will have experience in specialty boutiques and a passion for providing a high-level, personalized shopping experience. In this role, you’ll help customers discover unique merchandise, offer expert recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming boutique shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers through our curated collection, offering insights into artisan and designer brands.
• Drive store sales by engaging with customers, suggesting complementary products, and building long-term client relationships.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Keep clientele informed about exclusive promotions, new arrivals, and special in-store events.
• Maintain the overall aesthetics of the store by keeping displays, signage, and merchandise well-organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new arrivals.
• Alert management to any safety or security concerns within the store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Two years of retail experience, preferably in a specialty boutique or high-end retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of curated retail, artisan brands, and lifestyle merchandise.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for building client relationships.
• Familiarity with POS systems and the ability to learn new technology.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
