Join The PAC Group's dynamic facilities management team as a Plant Maintenance Director. In this critical role, you will oversee the maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment, machinery, and systems. With a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, develop and implement effective maintenance plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure they are functioning within safe and acceptable limits.
- Perform repairs on faulty equipment or systems to restore functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collect and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a similar role.
