Primary Role and Responsibilities:
· Proactively find, identify, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
· Travel to key locations to develop new business opportunities
· Educate and support our business partners, providing them with the tools and insights they need to successfully grow and expand their business
· Create and implement Business Integration Proposals and Joint Marketing Plans for potential partners and collaborators
· Actively engage with and nurture relationships with our current business partners
· Collaborate with our partners to provide exceptional support and assistance to their clients
· Report and effectively communicate relevant activities to the appropriate individuals (internal and external stakeholders) in a timely manner
These are the qualities that make for an ideal candidate:
· Strong background in financial services industry (banking, insurance, investment, tax, and law) with practical experience handling financial data
· Genuine enthusiasm for number-crunching tasks and working with numbers
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to speak, read, and write at a Native Japanese level and English business level
· Proven success of business development and production
· Able to travel frequently
· Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
· Ability to work independently and with others; with minimal supervision
· Focused and goal-oriented
· Possess an upbeat, positive, and proactive attitude
· Entrepreneurial Mindset

Pay: $60,000 to $250,000 per year
*Pay - Compensation includes a base salary AND potential incentive award opportunities. Base salary is determined based on individual background, relevant experience, specialized skill set, as well as knowledge of the industry.
