Your Role
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and expanding The Pack Labs' presence across key retail channels, including wellness retailers, vape shops, head shops, and convenience stores. This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact role where you will build lasting partnerships and ensure our products are a staple in stores within your designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, acting as a trusted advisor for The Pack Labs' product offerings
- Conduct outreach to new retail accounts through cold calling, in-person visits, and networking
- Educate retail partners on product benefits, industry trends, and merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through
- Represent The Pack Labs at trade shows, industry events, and promotional pop-ups to strengthen brand awareness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and optimize efficiency
- Plan and execute efficient travel schedules to maximize territory coverage
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in hemp, cannabis, vape, beverage, or other regulated industries
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 with uncapped commissions (OTE: $75,000 - $125,000 )
