Who You Are
- You have 5 years of construction management experience.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- You’re proficient in project planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive under pressure.
- You have a valid driver’s license and can work flexible hours, including occasional non-traditional hours.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, and Lift Training are a plus.

- Submit timely reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Promote safety, quality control, and team collaboration at every stage.
- Handle project closeouts, ensuring all guarantees and waivers are obtained.
