Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to oversee painting projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of painting, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires time management and organizational skills as well as maintaining safety standards on-site.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project timelines and keep on schedule.
- Coordinate with office to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction and /or painting management or a related field.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
