The Paisley Grille is under new ownership and seeking an experienced, professional, and ambitious Bar Manager to champion its new elevated cocktail bar program In addition, the right person will lead the team into the next phase of growth. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership capabilities, who prides themselves in taking ownership of a programs profitability (down to the numbers), expertise, team management, and guest satisfaction. Must be willing to learn, value professional development, and be open to growing their skills in mixology and cocktail development. This position will be perfect for any bar professional looking to take their career to the next level, and learn the ins and outs of running a successful bar program.
Job Description:
Maintaining standard operating procedures for an organized and sanitized bar. Cocktail recipe development for events, holidays, etc. Bartender training and continued education. Team Building and inspiration, Development of prep protocols, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Existing working knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits (Training resources are available)
