Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Maintain floor care including vacuuming and mopping.
- Conduct common area painting tasks as needed
- Handle commercial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility
- Perform light facilities maintenance such as changing lightbulbs or powerwashing as needed.
- Empty trash and clean trash rooms.
-Keep grounds free of debris.
-Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Proven experience in custodial or related roles
- Familiarity with residential painting processes
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous
-Reliable transportation to and from the site.
