Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and supporting office operations.
The job involves performing light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and tidying up spaces. Additionally, it includes washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry items.
Daily postings on social media including instagram and Facebook.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and clear manner
- Maintain reception area clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and support various departments as needed
- Light Cleaning
- Laundry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in calendar management and order entry
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with office management tasks such as file organization
- Strong project coordination skills
