**Inside Sales Department**

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our inside sales department. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive B2B sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage sales data, create reports, and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably within manufacturing or industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
