Job Description
As a Project Manager at Abacus Architects, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Your ability to lead teams, ensure quality control, and navigate project challenges will contribute to the firm’s ongoing success. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Main point of contact for all projects, including presentations to high-level executives.
- Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project.
- Wear multiple hats when managing and coordinating anywhere from three to five projects concurrently.
- Ensure contract documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable requirements and standards
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships by managing expectations and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for additional services.
- Opportunity for design but not required to have design experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of related architectural experience, Licensure is not necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Associate's Degree.
- Great communication skills both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in REVIT and the ability to assist with Construction Documentation.
- Experience leading multiple projects in multiple industries.
- Good planning and mentoring skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our culture is a must.
