Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
- Conduct outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
- Perform in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.
- Utilize our applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
Qualifications
- BA or associate degree is preferred, plus 3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach.
- Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Team player – ability to initiate communication with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office 365
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
