Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and establishing partnerships. Responsible for generating top-line revenue in BPO and Call Center marketplace.

Generate sales leads and brand awareness.
Assist the company in reaching long term growth goals
Aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve the revenue generation
process
Develop product strategy product that meet market demand and customer value and oversee the product portfolio to ensure offerings are innovative and financially viable.
Establish and build opportunity pipeline from identifying potential opportunity to closing and establishing client partnerships.
Responsible for top-line revenue generation, drive profitable revenue growth.
Create market expansion by understanding needs of the marketplace and providing solutions.
Responsible for understanding CRM-Salesforce and use tool to forecast and manage opportunity pipeline and continue to populate and increase existing database.
Perform all sales activities to ensure achievement of sales growth aligning with company goals, objectives, vision, and core values.
Understanding and ability to present company solutions including BPO services, contact center, loan servicing, first and third-party recovery programs.
Communicating with prospective clients and gathering information to determine scope of work, budgets, timelines and how solution meets their business goals.
Meet with internal leadership to ensure project goals, progress, and outcomes.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHC’s Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Required education and experience
10 years’ experience in sales within the contact center or BPO industry
Security clearance requirements
May be required to pass Federal background screening and / or state level criminal background
