Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns.Provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages.Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly.Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously.Operational Excellence :Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
Accurately process payments and balance checks.Perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies.Assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Teamwork :Collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists.Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.Essential Functions
Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.Strong Interpersonal Skills : Warm and friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with guests.Attention to Detail : Accuracy in order taking, food delivery, and cash handling.Multitasking Abilities : Ability to efficiently manage multiple tables, take orders, and provide attentive service simultaneously.Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and navigate a busy restaurant environment.Professionalism : Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.Teamwork : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Availability : Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Operating Hours (Excluding Special Events)
