It's our pleasure to introduce you to our brand new, full service luxury wedding and special event venue located in Oceanport, NJ.
Located on Historical Fort Monmouth, Park Loft is a truly unique 20,000 square foot, two-story luxury event space situated on a 4.5 acre property that includes a 1.5 acre Harmony Park and beautifully landscaped grounds. The original structure was constructed in 1941 to serve as a Dance Hall. We have finalized a remarkable restoration and expansion that has produced a visually striking modern industrial venue with European and New Orleans design elements. We are minutes from NJ Transit and uniquely situated to deliver an elevated New York City-style event in the heart of New Jersey.
We host only one event per day! We are a full service wedding and special event venue, staffed with a highly-trained team of professionals, and culinary artisans led by Executive Chef Thomas Schoborg. The Park Loft mission is to provide a remarkably unique venue, world class cuisine and spirits, served up with genuine hospitality.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Event Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations at our bustling luxury wedding and event venue. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who provides exceptional hospitality, and maintains the highest standards of service at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. This position will be working closely with both staff and client.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive a high level of service that is consistent with our venue’s reputation and brand. Address and resolve any guest complaints effectively.
- Operations Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operation between the kitchen and the dining area. Implement efficient processes for seating, order flow, and customer service..
- Client service- Engage our future happy couples throughout the wedding process to guarantee all needs and wants are being met.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a management role at a high-volume, upscale hospitality venue.
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of facility operations.
- Personal Qualities: Must exhibit exceptional hospitality, a steadfast commitment to customer service, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment while managing a highly productive team.
