We are looking for Runners to assist with food and drink delivery, ensuring guests receive their orders quickly and accurately. Position Overview
As a Runner at The Park RVA, you’ll be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests, assisting servers, and maintaining a smooth service flow. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help create a great experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure orders are complete and meet presentation standards before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Support the front-of-house team by responding to guest requests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $13.00/hour tips
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health insurance (60% covered by the company).
