The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and drive the continued success of The Parlour Room. This leader will be responsible for maintaining an outstanding guest experience, managing financial performance, and cultivating a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in upscale dining and beverage programs, knowledge of spirits, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality.
· Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless guest experiences.
· Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
· Beverage & Culinary Collaboration: Work closely with Chef Luther Dowdy and the beverage team to ensure alignment between the food and drink programs.
· Guest Experience: Cultivate a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests, fostering repeat business and positive reviews.
· Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
· Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee purchasing and relationships with vendors to maintain premium product quality.
· Marketing & Events: Contribute to promotional strategies, special events, and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume restaurant.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentorship.
· Deep knowledge of classic American cuisine, whiskey, and craft cocktails.
· Experience managing financial performance, labor costs, and inventory.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
· Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
· A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
