POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a dedicated Client Associate/Senior Client Associate who is passionate about delivering unparalleled client service. This role supports our advisors and high-net-worth clients, focusing on building strong relationships, managing client requests, and enhancing our client experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of client needs in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll manage critical client service functions, handle complex account inquiries, support customized financial planning, and cultivate long-term client relationships. This position is central to our commitment to client satisfaction and requires strong organizational, communication, and financial skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing prompt, personalized support for inquiries and addressing issues related to accounts, statements, transactions, and service requests.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their values and goals, acting as a trusted advisor who can communicate complex financial matters in clear terms.
  • Account Management & Financial Coordination: Handle all aspects of client accounts, from openings to transfers and ongoing maintenance. Assist with documentation, trading requests, and account monitoring, while preparing tailored investment reports and presentations.
  • Operational Expertise: Work closely with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless account maintenance, including transfers, distributions, and cash management.
  • Exceptional Client Experiences: Proactively enhance client interactions by celebrating milestones and recognizing life events, delivering a personalized service that makes clients feel valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years in a client service role within wealth management or financial services
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Series 65 and 66 licenses preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $120,000
